He has represented clients before the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) and the European Commission in cases concerning anti-competitive agreements, abuse of dominant position, as well as consumer-related matters.
He has worked on numerous international M&A transactions, advising on the negotiation of transactional documents. He also advises on foreign investment control, sanctions, and export control matters.
