Piotr Paśnik

Piotr specializes in competition law and sector-specific regulations. For over twenty years, he has represented clients in proceedings before the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection as well as EU competition authorities.

He has experience in court cases involving appeals against antitrust decisions, as well as in private enforcement proceedings. He has successfully appeared before the Court of Justice of the European Union and led numerous administrative proceedings concerning penalties imposed by regulatory authorities, including cases where record-breaking sanctions were overturned.

He gained his expertise in international law firms and as an in-house lawyer. An experienced litigator in commercial and white-collar crime disputes, he also lectures on regulation and competition law in postgraduate programs at the University of Warsaw. Highly regarded by both Polish and international businesses, he has been repeatedly recognized and awarded by prestigious international rankings such as Chambers & Partners Europe and Legal 500.
