Piotr is a partner and co-head of Intellectual Property and TMT teams at Bird & Bird's Warsaw office. He leads the team advising our clients on intellectual property (copyrights, trade marks, designs and patents), media and advertising, telecommunications and ecommerce and unfair competition. He helps clients in devising complex strategies for protecting their intellectual property and trade secrets. He represents them in IP litigation at all levels, in particular in patent matters, and assists them in complex technology transactions. Piotr also advises on regulatory issues, in particular in the media, telecommunications, life sciences and gaming and gambling sectors.
