His professional experience includes, inter alia, setting up branches of foreign insurance companies and insurance distributors, creating and reviewing model contracts and general T&Cs of insurance, advising on personal data protection, representing Clients in proceedings before common courts and administrative courts and before the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection and the Polish Financial Supervision Authority, as well as creating and reviewing models for distribution of financial products.

Career

For several years, he was a member of the Working Group on Personal Data of the Polish Insurance Association (PIU) and a member of the PIU Legal Committee and IT Committee. He was also a member of the Financial Market Development Council at the Ministry of Finance. Between 2013 and 2016, he was an expert of the European Commission (group set up to identify problems in the cross-border provision of insurance services) and in 2019 an expert of the EIOPA (team dealing with issues of the use of artificial intelligence in insurance).

Publications

Co-author and editor of the commentary to the Act on Insurance and Reinsurance Activity and the commentary to the Act on Insurance Distribution, published by the BECK publishing house.
