He has thus developed particular expertise in the practice of OHADA business law, covering business contract law and corporate law, and more generally as legal and tax advisor on investments and international operations involving Africa.
He is active in banking, insurance, financial services, agribusiness, industry, distribution, logistics, hotels, telecommunications and real estate.
He is a lecturer in the Master 2 Droits Africains program at the Université Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne and in the DU droit OHADA program at the Université de Bordeaux IV.
