Pierre specialises in all tax aspects of M&A transactions and corporate reorganisations. He has extensive experience in fund structuring and carried interest and frequently advises fund managers on personal tax planning. Pierre also assists clients with tax audits and tax litigation.

Pierre is a graduate of HEC Paris (Grande École, 2011), Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University (Master’s in Law, 2012), and Cornell University (Juris Doctor, 2012). He joined the Tax team at Clifford Chance Paris in 2019, having previously practised at a leading French law firm from 2013 to 2019. Pierre is admitted to the Paris Bar.
