Phil Slinkard advises corporate officers, directors, and other decision-makers on opportunities and risks associated with various business transactions and agreements, particularly mergers and acquisitions, contract and licensing negotiations, governance, and executive employment-related matters. Serving as outside general counsel to several small- to middle-market companies, Phil has helped his clients’ businesses expand over the years, offering trusted advice and acting as a sounding board at every stage of a business’ life cycle. In addition to Phil’s core business and corporate law practice, he also handles compliance and litigation strategy work.
