As the partner-in-charge of Corrs’ Melbourne office, Philip is recognised for his practical, proactive and risk-focussed approach. Philip is on the board of the International Technology Law Association, a past president of the Victorian Society for Computers & the Law and the Australian Law Council’s E-Commerce committee. Philip’s expertise across IT and IP matters have seen him act for some of Australia’s leading organisations including IT outsourcing programs for NAB, ANZ, Medibank, WA Water Corporation; IP licensing requirements for Woodside Petroleum and Deakin University; and data privacy issues for multi-national organisations including Facebook, LinkedIn, Adobe, OpenTable and Etsy.
