He was honored as a Rising Star by The Legal 500 for four consecutive years.

His areas of expertise include pre-litigation stages and disputes, including complex commercial, complex criminal, wrongful acts, owner-distributor, class action, fintech and digital assets, hotels, construction and infrastructure projects, ADR, intellectual property, employment, real estate, and environmental disputes. He also has experience in international trade disputes.

Phatsawat is entrusted by top management of leading conglomerates and companies in Thailand and abroad to handle their strategic and highly confidential cases. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a qualified arbitrator at the Thailand Arbitration Center, and a guest lecturer at several leading national law schools, including Chulalongkorn University, Thammasat University, Ramkhamhaeng University, and Khon Kaen University.
