Petter Kjöllerström is a Partner in the Corporate group and is advising clients on corporate transactions, private equity investments, incentive programs, and corporate law matters. He primarily works with private equity firms and industrial players acquiring companies in Sweden, often involving complex international structures.

Petter has particular expertise in designing and managing incentive programs, both domestic and cross-border, and regularly assists clients throughout all phases of M&A and venture capital transactions – from due diligence and deal structuring to management and divestment. His work also includes reorganisations, ownership matters, and day-to-day corporate governance.
