Petri Taivalkoski serves as an independent arbitrator in international and domestic disputes, both as sole or presiding arbitrator and as a party-nominated arbitrator. His arbitration expertise covers proceedings under a number of different laws and rules, including the ICC, the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce, the Swiss Rules, the German Arbitration Rules (DIS), the UNCITRAL Rules and the Rules of the Finland Arbitration Institute (FAI). He has also served as an arbitrator in expedited proceedings and as a mediator. Petri Taivalkoski has in-depth experience of disputes involving inter alia energy, construction, telecommunications, M&A, private equity, shareholders' agreements, joint ventures, distribution and insurance.
