Career

Dr. Peter Klormann is a partner in the Firm’s General Practice and Financial Services Groups in Frankfurt. He advises on a wide range of M&A transactions as well as general corporate law, corporate governance and securities law matters. Peter has extensive experience in public takeovers, having advised on a large number of significant and complex transactions, both for strategic and private equity clients. He regularly works on transactions in the financial services industry and advises clients on the related German and European bank, insurance and other regulatory matters.

Peter complements his transactional work as a member of the Firm’s National Security Practice particularly by guiding clients through German foreign direct investment control (FDI) proceedings in all relevant industries.
