Peter Csoklich

Peter Csoklich is a founding partner of DSC and President of the Vienna Bar Association. Renowned legal directories rank him among the leading Austrian lawyers in dispute resolution, where he assists clients in all conflict stages, from conflict prevention and conflict management to representation before national and international courts as well as in international arbitration proceedings. His focus particularly lies on banking, insurance and transport law disputes.
