Percy Alache is Lead Partner of Labor Services Department at PwC Peru.

He advises leading Peruvian and multinational companies on complex employment and labor relations matters, combining legal expertise with a strong understanding of human resources, business strategy and organizational transformation.

His practice focuses on strategic labor relations, collective bargaining and union relations, workforce reorganizations, labor compliance and complex business transformation projects. He regularly works with senior management and human resources leaders on matters requiring the integration of legal, operational and people considerations, including cross-border projects coordinated with PwC's Global Network.

Percy is a frequent speaker on labor relations, human resources and the future of work at business and professional forums in Peru. He has more than 20 years of teaching experience in executive and specialization programs in labor relations and human resources at Pacifico Business School and ESAN Graduate School of Business.
