Lead Partner of the Labor Services Department at PwC Peru.

His career has been centered on the design of strategic projects in the field of labor relations for local and foreign companies, the audit and identification of labor risks, labor compliance, collective bargaining, and litigation before the labor and tax authorities.

Actively participates in highly complex business reorganization processes in coordination with PwC's global offices.

He is a lecturer on Labor Affairs and Human Resources Management at events organized by the main public and private associations.

He has been a professor for more than eighteen (18) years in the Executive Programs of Specialization in Labor Relations at the Universidad del Pacífico and ESAN Graduate School of Business.

- Member of the Human Resources Committee of the National Society of Mining and Oil.

- Vocal Member of the Labor Relations Community of the Peruvian Association of Human Resources.

- Member of the Register of Arbitrators accredited by the Peruvian Ministry of Labor for the settlement of collective bargaining in the public and private sector.
