He is a lecturer on Labor Affairs and Human Resources Management at events organized by the main public and private associations.
He has been a professor for more than eighteen (18) years in the Executive Programs of Specialization in Labor Relations at the Universidad del Pacífico and ESAN Graduate School of Business.
