Leader Partner of the Labour Services Department in PwC Perú.

Percy brought his valuable professional experience to the firm, as a former partner and lawyer at several “top tier” Peruvian firms.

His career has been focused on legal labor strategy and advisory, labor audit and risks, labor compliance, collective bargaining and litigation before labour and tax authorities.

He is a conference speaker on Labor Relations and Human Management topics in events organized by the main public and private associations: AMCHAM; National Society of Industries; National Society of Mining, Petroleum and Energy; APERHU; Lima Chamber of Commerce; SERVIR, among others.

He is a professor for more than 15 years in the Executive Specialization Programs in Labor Relations at University of the Pacific and professor of the Executive Specialization Programs in Labor Relations at ESAN Graduate School of Business.

Author of several articles on Labor Relations and Human Management, which are regularly published in specialized magazines and in the main press media.
