General chancery work in the UK and offshore, comprising trust litigation: applications to the Court relating to trusts, drafting of trusts and tax related to these areas; wills, contentious probate, Inheritance Act claims, equitable relief of all kinds and proprietary estoppel cases. Recent cases include: Kahrmann v Harrison-Morgan [2019] EWCA Civ 2094 (succeeded in Court of Appeal overturning first instance judgement on constructive trusts); Cowan v Foreman [2019] EWCA Civ 1336 (succeeded in Court of Appeal; in overturning first instance Judge’s refusal to extend time under 1975 Act) ;Perry v Neupert | [2019] EWHC 2275 (Ch) (costs of removal of executor); James v James [2018] EWHC 43 (Ch) (proprietary estoppel and testamentary capacity); Ilott v Mitson[ [2017] 2 W.L.R. 979 (Supreme Court Inheritance (provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975; Crociani v Crociani [2018]JCA136A (Court of appeal);
