Penelope Nevill

Penelope Nevill advises on all aspects of public international law and is recognised for her leading work on some of the field’s most complex cross-border matters. She has appeared in a wide range of significant cases, including high-profile proceedings before international courts and tribunals, investor-state arbitrations, and cases involving sovereign immunity and jurisdictional issues. She is also a Visiting Professor at King's College London teaching international law.
