He holds a degree in Law from the Universidad Panamericana, Guadalajara campus, Mexico, and a master's degree in Corporate Law and Business Development awarded by the same institution.

In the field of Corporate Law, Pedro consistently advises both national and international companies in the construction, real estate, financial, and manufacturing sectors, helping them to consolidate their internal corporate structures and attract third-party investments. He also handles commercial, civil, and trust contracts.

Furthermore, Pedro leads negotiations and litigations in the Civil and Commercial Law arena across the country, always with a 360° perspective regarding all possible implications and risks of each particular case.
