Legal Consultant to SESI/RJ, SENAI/RJ and FIRJAN - Federation of Industries of the State of Rio de Janeiro, since 2006. Effective member of Chair no. 47 of the National Academy of Sports Law - "Academia Nacional de Direito Desportivo (ANDD)" and of the Brazilian Lawyers Institute - “Instituto dos Advogados Brasileiros (IAB)”. Member of the Carioca Association of Labour Lawyers - “Associação Carioca dos Advogados Trabalhistas (ACAT)”. Member of the Sports Law Commission of the Federal District Bar Association (OAB-DF). He is also a postgraduate lecturer at the Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV) and the Candido Mendes University (UCAM), author of legal articles and speaker. His professional practice is particularly dedicated to business law and labour relations. He was elected in 2019 by the magazine Análise Editorial as one of the most admired lawyers. In 2023 he was awarded the Medal of the Order of Merit of the Judiciary of the Superior Labour Court, in the Grand Officer rank. In 2024 he was ranked in the Labour & Employment segment of Chambers, one of the most prestigious international rankings in the legal sector, as an outstanding professional in recognition of his legal practice of excellence, as well as being awarded the title of Professor Emeritus at Santa Ursula University in Rio de Janeiro.
