Possesses multiyear experience in the implementation of projects associated with personal data protection, law of new technologies and telecommunications law. Has represented both polish and foreign entrepreneurs during proceedings before regulatory authorities, in particular has a vast experience in litigations involving Personal Data Protection Office and judical proceedings resulting from such litigations.
Member of the European Commission Multistakeholder expert group to support the application of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Formerly member of the Council at Council for Digitization, Ministry of Digitalization.
Author and co-author of more than 100 publications in the academic and popular press on personal data protection law, new technologies law, and telecommunications law, including commentary on the GDPR (2018), commentary on the Polish 2018 Act on Personal Data Protection (2018) and on the Polish 1997 Act on Personal Data Protection (2009, II edition 2013, III edition 2015, IV edition 2016), and also “Internet Law” (2004, 2007), “Advertising and Promotion Law” (2007), "Personal Data Protection in Poland from the Point of View of the Decade” (2007), and "Electronic Contract Law" (2006).
