Career
Pavlos Masouros is the Managing Partner at Masouros and is consistently ranked among Greece’s top Corporate/M&A lawyers by Chambers, Legal 500 and IFLR1000. He has more than 15 years of experience in deal advisory and corporate litigation, having advised numerous Fortune 500 companies operating in Greece.
Alongside his practice, Pavlos has served since 2013 as Assistant Professor of Corporate Law at Leiden University in the Netherlands, and has previously held visiting professorships at universities including LUISS Guido Carli in Italy. He has an extensive publication record in leading peer-reviewed journals, and his scholarship is frequently cited in Greek case law.
Pavlos graduated 1st in his class from the Law School of the University of Athens and holds an LL.M. in Corporate Law and Governance from Harvard Law School, where he studied under a Fulbright Scholarship and received the Victor Brudney Prize for the best paper in Corporate Law. He also holds a Ph.D. in Corporate Law & Economics from Leiden University and ranked 1st in the Athens Bar Association examination (March 2010).
