Career
Paulo Montt has extensive experience in arbitration as well as civil, commercial, regulatory, and antitrust litigation. He served as an associate at Claro & Cía. for five years, an associate at FerradaNehme for three years, and was the partner in charge of FerradaNehme’s litigation practice group between 2009 and 2015.
He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Universidad de Chile and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from University College London.
He is a Professor of Civil Law at Universidad de Chile and the author of several publications on antitrust and civil law. He currently serves as a Board Member of the Chilean Bar Association for the 2017–2021 and 2021–2025 terms.
