Pauline has a broad employment law practice and provides services to various market sectors (profit and non-profit), with a specific focus on collective employment law (mainly collective bargaining agreement law), flexible employment relationships (mainly assignments) and co-determination law. She advises and lectures about these subjects. In 2018, Pauline was appointed as a deputy judge with the Court of Appeal of the Hague.
Pauline Sick is partner at Boontje Advocaten. She is an attorney at law since 1997 and joined Boontje advocaten in 2009. From the start of her career, Pauline exclusively works in the area of employment law. Pauline has also graduated in English linguistics and literature. Pauline is one of the editorials of one of the Netherland’s most distinguished legal magazines, as well as one of the editors of RAR, a jurisprudence magazine, appearing 14 times a year.
