Pauline Sick

Pauline Sick has a broad employment law practice and provides services to clients in various market sectors (profit and non-profit). She has a specific focus on collective employment law (mainly collective bargaining agreement law), integrity matters and flexible employment relationships. As such, Pauline heads the practice groups collective employment law and flexible employment law/flexible employment relationships (together with Danny Vesters). Pauline regularly handles high profile cases. Since 2024 Pauline also is a mediator.

Pauline Sick is Managing Partner of Boontje Advocaten & Mediators. She is an attorney at law since 1997 and joined Boontje Advocaten & Mediators in 2009. From the start of her career, Pauline has exclusively worked in the area of employment law. Pauline has also graduated in English linguistics and literature. Pauline is one of the editors of TRA, one of the Netherland’s most distinguished employment law magazines, appearing monthly, as well as one of the editors of RAR, a jurisprudence magazine, appearing 14 times a year. Furthermore, Pauline is a deputy judge with the Court of Appeal of The Hague.
