Practice Areas
Paulina Kieszkowska has advised businesses and industry organisations for many years on issues related to the pharmaceutical and healthcare laws, the Reimbursement Act and the Act on Medical Activity.
Paulina also co-founded the Lege Pharmaciae Foundation – a non-governmental organisation established to analyse and publicly comment on the flaws of Polish law in healthcare. Working within the framework of the Civic Legislative Forum at the Batory Foundation, she has been championing the introduction of European standards into the Polish legislative process. She has also been providing pro bono advice to patient organisations, such as the Polish Cancer Patient Coalition and the Federation of Polish Patients. She is also a very active advocate in the defence of the rule of law, especially regarding patients’ rights.
Career
Before founding KRK, she worked in the international environment of Baker & McKenzie for a decade, having previously worked for CMS Cameron McKenna.
