Paule Hamelin

Paule Hamelin is a partner in Gowling WLG's Montréal office, practising primarily in civil and commercial litigation, including product liability, contractual commercial disputes (including contracts pertaining to services, franchises or leases) and bank litigation. She is also involved in the areas of regulatory and compliance law, energy, consumer protection law, marketing and advertising law and privacy law.

Paule is a member of the firm's global Hydrogen Group and co-leads the Montreal Hydrogen Group.

A portion of Paule’s practice is also devoted to extraordinary recourses and class actions. She has appeared as counsel before federal and provincial courts as well as administrative tribunals and has represented clients in mediation.
