Paula is a labour and employment specialist with strong experience in both litigation and consultancy matters. She has an outstanding professional background, having worked in the legal team of Santander, which lends her first-hand knowledge of the challenges clients may face.

Paula also has an extensive experience with the creation and implementation of variable compensation policies, profit-sharing schemes, structuring of benefit policies, issues related to occupational medicine and safety, and employment and service contracts. Her expertise includes strategic matters concerning unions and the Labour Oversight Agency, as well as voluntary redundancies.
