Paul Altman is “one of the deans of the Delaware bar” (Chambers USA). Paul’s practice involves alternative entities, including partnerships and limited liability companies, and focuses primarily on the formation of private investment funds. Before becoming Richards Layton’s senior vice president, Paul was chair of the firm’s Business Department and head of the Limited Liability Company and Partnership Advisory Group for nearly 20 years.
