Paul L. Fields Jr.

Paul L. Fields, Jr. represents domestic and international insurers and leads Fields Howell’s property and casualty team. With more than 30 years of experience, he focuses his practice on property, casualty, and complex litigation matters. Throughout his career, Paul has tried numerous jury trials and handled extensive bench trials and arbitrations involving complex coverage and insurance disputes. In recent years, he has served as lead counsel in several multi-million-dollar class action and aviation lawsuits. He also has significant appellate experience, having successfully argued before federal and state appellate courts across the country and obtained reversals of trial court decisions on multiple occasions. Paul regularly advises and represents insurers in a broad range of complex property and casualty matters arising throughout the United States and internationally.
