Patrick Phua leads Ashurst's PRC structured finance, derivatives and regulatory practice, splitting his time between the firm's Hong Kong and Beijing offices. He advises clients on the setting up of equity and fund derivatives platforms and OTC commodity derivatives clearing houses, as well as advising more broadly on structured products and total return swaps.
