Parisa Jones is a Partner in the Private Wealth team at Lester Aldridge. She specialises in all aspects of private client work, including wills, inheritance tax planning, trusts, estate administration, powers of attorney and Court of Protection matters.
Parisa advises a broad range of individuals, families and business owners on succession planning, asset protection and wealth preservation. She has extensive experience in preparing complex wills, creating and administering trusts, advising on inheritance tax mitigation and assisting clients with the administration of high-value estates.
She also advises elderly and vulnerable clients on later-life planning, powers of attorney, deputyship matters, and care fee considerations.
Parisa joined Lester Aldridge in 2019 and became a Partner in 2021. She has over 15 years' experience advising private individuals and families on a wide range of private wealth matters.
Throughout her career, Parisa has developed particular expertise in inheritance tax planning, trust structures, estate administration and succession planning. She is known for providing practical, tailored advice and building long-standing relationships with her clients.

Parisa completed a Master of Laws (LLM) in Professional Legal Practice with distinction. As part of her postgraduate studies, she prepared practice notes examining:
• The treatment of an elderly person's property in a local authority financial assessment for the payment of care home fees.
• Addressing testamentary capacity issues when instructed in connection with the preparation of wills for elderly clients.
Parisa acts for a broad range of private individuals, families, business owners, trustees, attorneys and personal representatives.
Her clients seek advice on succession planning, inheritance tax mitigation, trust arrangements, estate administration, and later-life planning. She is particularly experienced in advising elderly and vulnerable clients, as well as those with complex family or financial circumstances.
Parisa is committed to delivering a high standard of client care and is recognised for her approachable and empathetic manner. She takes pride in building trusted relationships with clients and providing clear, practical advice tailored to their individual circumstances.
In addition to her client work, Parisa actively supports the private wealth profession as Chair of the STEP Bournemouth Branch.

- Preparing wills incorporating trusts designed to protect and preserve family wealth.
- Administering high-value and complex estates.
- Advising on the termination of trusts and associated tax implications.
- Completing deeds of variation to maximise the availability of inheritance tax reliefs.
- Preparing declarations of trust for property owners to protect their respective interests.
