Paolo is a partner at Giovannelli e Associati.

Paolo specializes in administrative law, with a particular focus on environmental, urban planning and construction law.

He has gained extensive experience in providing legal assistance to multinational companies and private equity funds on environmental liability policies and regimes, managing related risks and assisting in administrative proceedings for the remediation of contaminated sites.

Paolo also provides legal assistance in relation to strategic infrastructures, real estate, and industrial development projects, assisting clients in the permitting phase and in the management of related authorization procedures.

His practice also includes assistance in administrative proceedings in sectors regulated by independent administrative authorities. He is also active in the areas of ESG and climate change.

Paolo regularly provides legal assistance before the Regional Administrative Courts and the Council of State.

Before joining Giovannelli e Associati, Paolo worked at leading international law firms in Milan.

Paolo graduated in law in 2006 from the University of Milan and was admitted to the Italian Bar in 2009.

He has authored several administrative and environmental law publications.
