Panagiotis is specialized in white-collar crime and corporate/business criminal Law, combining criminal law litigation and consulting.

He is handling exclusively financial and corporate/business criminal cases and he is acting as a defense lawyer in important criminal trial hearings (fraud, embezzlement, breach of trust, money laundering, corruption in the public/private sector, etc ). He is mainly defending executives (CEOs, BoD members, Managers, Directors) of foreign and Greek companies in criminal cases related to their activities in Greece (environmental offenses, health and safety, intellectual property, competition criminal law, data protection, corruption). He is providing legal advice to foreign and Greek companies with the aim to avert and minimize corporate criminal liability risks.

Career

Panagiotis joined the law firm in 2003; in 2004 he became associate and since 2007 he is a Partner. Since 2021 is Deputy Managing partner of the law firm.

Professional Memberships

Since 2004 member of the Athens Bar Association; since 2007 member of the Hellenic Association of Penal Law. From June 2016 until July 2025 he was Member of the Board of the Hellenic Criminal Bar Αssociation.
