Pam started practicing law as Crown Counsel for the Anguilla Government in 1986. Later, she established the firm Webster Dyrud Mitchell, now WEBSTER LP. The firm has been the main protagonist for Anguilla’s development as an international financial centre. Pam has regularly advised both Caribbean governments and private clients in connection with Citizenship by Investment opportunities. Pam was elected in the 2015 Anguilla General Elections and now serves as Leader of the Opposition, with a strong interest in education, international financial services, environment and sustainable development.
