Pál focuses on M&A transactions, and has considerable experience in advising clients in regulated industries on concessions and corporate and commercial law. He advises a wide range of clients — including organs of the Hungarian State — international investment banks and other financial institutions, as well as foreign and Hungarian private investors. As head of the Securities & Finance practice group, Dr. Takács oversees the work of lawyers advising on financing, securities and capital markets matters. He also provides corporate, commercial and labor advice, and is chief external legal advisor to several multinational companies.
