Pablo Ramírez is a founding partner of ARH Abogados and head of its Tax and Corporate practice. His work focuses on advising family offices, high-net-worth individuals, and business groups on tax planning, corporate reorganizations, estate succession, and asset protection.

He has extensive experience in M&A transactions, due diligence processes, and structuring private investment funds, as well as ongoing tax advisory for companies in the real estate, construction, financial, mining, and agribusiness sectors.

His practice also has a strong international component: he advises Chilean investors entering the United States and Europe, and foreign investors seeking to establish themselves in Chile, working in strategic alliance with renowned firms in Spain, Luxembourg, the United States, and Uruguay.

Career

Pablo Ramírez has over 20 years of experience in tax, corporate, and wealth management matters. Since 2018, he has been a founding partner of ARH Abogados, where he has established the firm’s Tax and Corporate practice as a benchmark in strategic advisory for family wealth and business groups.

He holds an MBA from the Business School of Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez and a Master’s in Tax Law from Universidad de Chile. He was a professor of Tax Law at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez (2014–2017) and a guest lecturer in Economic Law at Universidad de Chile, strengthening his academic profile with teaching experience at top-tier institutions.

He has been recognized by international rankings such as Leaders League and Legal 500, praised for his client-focused approach, strategic vision beyond legal matters, ability to anticipate risks, and comprehensive support for business families.

Since 2020, he has also served as a director of Women4Sports, an organization dedicated to promoting female participation in sports.

Previously, he was a partner in the Tax and Family Office area at Del Río, Infante & Méndez (2011–2018), and practiced law at Barros & Errázuriz (2006–2011) and Del Río, Infante, García-Huidobro & Boza (2003–2006).
