Career
Partner of O’Gorman&Hagerman since 2012 and Managing Director since 2019, a Firm that provides specialized professional services in Land, Permits and Social License for infrastructure projects in Mexico. He has focused his professional practice on the audit, acquisition and defense of Land rights in Mexico, including negotiation of agrarian rights, release of rights of way and national lands. He advises his clients in the identification, elaboration of studies and obtention of licenses, Permits and authorizations required to develop their projects. He carries out studies, management plans and field accompaniment for the attention of community relations and that his clients maintain the Social License they require to operate, under a clear ethical line of transparency and social responsibility.
Publications
He degreed in 2016 with the thesis “Precautionary measures. A problem of fundamental rights”. Honorable mention for his exam.
He is an expert contributor to Mexico Business News, a platform where he publishes regular articles, and co-author of the book Repensar la Vivienda Suburbana, published by Arquine.
Personal
Since 2018, he has taught as an adjunct professor of Agrarian Law at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México. He represented Mexico at the 2022 annual convention of the International Right of Way Association in Ohio, Cleveland, and participated as a lecturer in a Diploma and Seminar convened by the Procuraduría Agraria and the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México.
