Career

Pablo González-Espejo joined Uría Menéndez in 1994 and he is a partner of the firm since 2004. He set up and headed the firm’s São Paulo office from 1999 to 2003.

Pablo advises companies in regulatory and commercial matters. He is regularly involved in major transactions advising businesses and investors in acquisitions, IPOs, joint ventures and outsourcing projects. His international experience includes cross-border deals, especially in Latin America and particularly with Brazilian clients.

Pablo also heads the sports law practice group at Uría Menéndez, advising sports clubs, leagues and athletes. He has taken part in international arbitrations before the CAS.
