Career

Pablo Correa is a lawyer, professor, and arbitrator. His main areas of expertise are dispute resolution, litigation, and domestic and international arbitration. He is a member of the list of arbitrators of the Court of Appeals of Santiago.

He has extensive experience litigating before civil courts, Courts of Appeals, and the Supreme Court. He also has experience in domestic and international arbitration proceedings, between companies and before government institutions, mainly in disputes related to construction, mining, natural resources, corporate governance, purchase contracts, energy, and public works concessions.

Before founding Ugarte & Correa in 2016, Mr. Correa worked at renowned international law firms as a senior associate in the Arbitration group and Litigation department.

He is a professor of Procedural Law at the Law School of the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile.

Mr. Correa has been recognized as one of the best litigators in Chile in prestigious rankings such as Chambers & Partners (Global and Latin America), Leaders League, Best Lawyers, among others.
