Most recently he has advised: Millicom-Tigo on the transfer of the ownership of its tower sites in Honduras which will become the largest transaction in the telecom sector in recent years; and, Banco Cuscatlán on the establishment of its operation in the country, the most recent acquisition of a honduran financial institution (which process was led by Oscar Melara).
