Ondřej’s wide practice covers an extensive range of topics, including cross-border acquisitions and divestments, private equity investments, joint venture matters, project development, various mergers and spin-offs and, last but not least, a number of corporate debt and equity financings.

He is experienced in representing clients from a myriad of industry sectors, including energy, real estate, technology, life sciences and FMCG.

Career

Ondřej established the VIDD law firm in July 2023. Before that, he had worked, among others, at White & Case for nearly 7 years. He has brought with him a wealth of experience in corporate/M&A law, projects, energy and infrastructure as well as banking & finance, and has led numerous of the department’s mandates during the past few years.

Publications

Ondřej frequently publishes articles in well-established periodicals in the Czech Republic and has co-authored a top-ranked and highly influential “Commentary on the Civil Code” first published by C. H. Beck in 2017.
