Gökhan has played a pivotal role in numerous M&A transactions throughout his career, demonstrating extensive experience and strong market recognition in complex domestic and cross-border deals. He also has significant experience in equity capital markets, particularly in initial public offerings and secondary public offerings. Since 2020, Gökhan has led more than 50 IPO and SPO transactions of Turkish companies across various sectors, advising issuers and market participants throughout the listing process. In addition, he regularly advises local and international banks, financial institutions, and multinational companies on a wide range of banking and finance matters, including complex financing structures and project finance transactions.
