Ömer Gökhan Özmen

Ömer Gökhan Özmen specialises in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets (equity), banking and finance and project finance, with nearly 20 years of experience advising on complex domestic and cross-border transactions. His practice also covers structured equity investments, private equity transactions, strategic investments, as well as corporate and commercial law matters.

Gökhan has played a pivotal role in numerous M&A transactions throughout his career, demonstrating extensive experience and strong market recognition in complex domestic and cross-border deals. He also has significant experience in equity capital markets, particularly in initial public offerings and secondary public offerings. Since 2020, Gökhan has led more than 50 IPO and SPO transactions of Turkish companies across various sectors, advising issuers and market participants throughout the listing process. In addition, he regularly advises local and international banks, financial institutions, and multinational companies on a wide range of banking and finance matters, including complex financing structures and project finance transactions.
