He has an outstanding participation in civil and commercial litigation, mainly in matters related to restructuring, commercial bankruptcy, commercial arbitration, insurance and bonds, shareholder disputes, enforcement of guarantees (trusts, pledges, and mortgages), as well as matters related to the enforcement of various civil and commercial contracts.

Attorney with over 20 years of experience in the practice of law. He joined the law firm Barrera, Siqueiros y Torres Landa, S.C. (currently Hogal Lovells) as an intern in 2000 and became a partner in December 2013. In 2014 he founded the law firm Cuéllar, Aguilar, Morlett, Isla y Abogados, S.C., currently CAMYA Abogados.

He has represented clients such as Sherwin Williams, International Distribution Company, and Hewlett Packard in several insolvency proceedings, insurance companies, national and international companies, and groups of foreign investors in highly complex civil and commercial proceedings.
