OLIVER CURRALL leads Sidley’s UK Tax practice and co-heads the Tax group in Europe. Oliver advises on UK and international tax structuring, with a particular focus on cross-border private equity and M&A transactions, and the structuring and operation of global investment funds. Oliver advises major private equity sponsors on the tax aspects of their deals, as well as equity, hedge, and credit funds on the operation of UK management company and asset holding structures.
Oliver is a UK Chartered Tax Adviser, as well as a lawyer, and regularly works with local experts to deliver cross-border transaction and fund structuring tax advice.
