He specialises in all aspects of product liability, and has particular experience of group actions including: the VW Emissions litigation; the OCENSA pipeline litigation; Google Safari Workaround litigation; Lloyds / HBOS litigation; the Metal on Metal hip litigation; the Para Red and Sudan Red food contamination litigation; the Lariam litigation; PIP litigation. He also regularly appears in major inquests and inquiries: Grenfell Tower Inquiry; Vauxhall helicopter crash; Avonmouth Bridge disaster; Potters Bar rail accident; Basildon hospital legionella outbreak. He has considerable experience of criminal and civil environmental claims, including waste management and pollution claims.
