Oleksiy Stolyarenko is a Counsel in the Kyiv office of Baker McKenzie specializing on all aspects of intellectual property, information technology, personal data protection, consumer protection, e-commerce and advertising law. He is well versed in issues related to technology transactions, start-ups, innovative services and products. Oleksiy represents clients before the courts of Ukraine in trademark and patent litigation matters and carries out anti-piracy/anti-counterfeiting campaigns. Coordinates IP protection and enforcement within former CIS countries.

In Kyiv office Oleksiy also heads IT/TMT industry group and has an extensive experience supporting clients in the IT, consumer electronics, media, wine and spirits, confectionery, food, and beverage, pharma, FMCG, chemical production and financial services in Ukraine.

Oleksiy serves as a Co-Chair of the IPR Committee at the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine and legal partner of the IT Committee at the European Business Association.
