Oleg Efrim is the Managing Partner and co-founder of Efrim, Roșca & Asociații (ERA), a leading business law firm in Moldova. He has over 25 years of experience advising on corporate, regulatory, and transactional matters, with a focus on complex M&A and high-stakes projects in regulated sectors.

He previously served as Minister of Justice of the Republic of Moldova, as well as in other senior public positions, gaining extensive experience in legislative reform and public administration. He has been actively involved in drafting and modernizing key legislation, including company law reforms.

Alongside his practice, Oleg Efrim is a professor of civil law, specializing in contract law, contributing to the training of generations of legal professionals in Moldova.
