Oksana Simonova is a partner in the Kyiv office of Baker McKenzie and heads its Antitrust & Competition practice. She is highly ranked by leading Ukrainian and international legal directories, including Legal 500 and Chambers Europe, GCR 100. She has been recognized as Competition Future Leader in the report by Who's Who Legal (a sister publication to GCR).
Oksana has over 20 years of experience in advising Ukrainian and international clients on a wide range of sophisticated cross-border transactions and projects.
Oksana focuses her practice on Ukrainian competition law matters, including merger control, abuse of dominance, concerted practices, competition investigations and compliance.
She also has broad experience in various corporate finance transactions (including syndicated lending, Eurobonds and IPOs). She has worked on numerous international debt and equity capital markets offerings from Ukraine and led the local legal team on the first main market London Stock Exchange listing of a mining company from Ukraine. She is also experienced in corporate and commercial law matters.
