Núria is partner of the firm since 2019 and her practice is mainly focused on providing legal advice to both national and international companies, and on commercial law in general. She is experienced in foreign investments in Spain, structural modifications, renewable energies and providing advice to innovation, technology and Fintech start-ups from their incorporation, financing rounds and international expansion.
