Nuchaya Timrat, with Baker McKenzie since 2007, is a partner in the Corporate & Commercial, Real Estate, and Hotel/Resort & Property Development Practice Groups at Baker McKenzie's Bangkok office. She has represented local and multinational companies in a number of inbound, outbound and cross-border investments and transactions relating to sales, mergers and acquisitions. She has considerable experience in designing investment and transaction structures, negotiating and drafting contracts, conducting legal due diligence investigations, and closing complex transactions.
