c. advising on the acquisition of a significant shareholding in a health food manufacturer by a diversified financial services group;

d. advising on a shareholder dispute and ultimate demerger by the shareholders of a leading oil company;

e. advising on the cross-border acquisition of a leading construction materials manufacturer by a consortium of local investors;

f. advising on the potential acquisition of a local fertilizer company by a leading international fertilizer producer;

g. advising on the acquisition of a significant shareholding in a diversified regional insurance service provider;

h. advising on the restructuring of a leading financial institution by consolidation of business units;

i. representing a large corporate in a US$100 million complex international arbitration before the Arbitration Foundation of Southern Africa (AFSA);

j. advised on the construction of the NOIC Gas Gantry, in Ruwa Zimbabwe, a first of its kind;

k. advised on the construction of the Harare-Beitbridge Road construction;

l. advised on the construction of Zimbabwe's novel road interchange;

m. advising on the construction of a 45MW solar plant at Zimbabwe's biggest platinum mine.
