Nina is Partner and Head of family department; a specialist children law practitioner who undertakes significant international cases including complex residence/contact disputes. Specialises in difficult cases whether complex due to the facts or allegations or as a result of the legal matrix. Has been involved in a number of reported cases that have changed the face of family law and has appeared in Courts at every level. She is known for her tactical approach, effective support of her clients and high level of expertise.
Nina’s cases involve international abduction (Hague and non-Hague), difficult child arrangement cases, adoption, Care/Public law, international relocation, and alternative families. Nina has expertise in cases involving allegations of non-accidental injury, murder, serious sexual abuse, parental alienation, emotional harm, radicalisation, factitious illness, and mental health issues, as well as cases involving international treaties and “cross border” issues.
